What I never really thought through while I was creating my dream, was how much I would have to work to maintain that life. How could I afford to live that life well enough to actually enjoy it? How could I support my own personal growth and wellbeing while I slugged in the hours to keep
this beautiful life I've built for myself?
Where was I in all of this? Where did the me that loves to adventure, dream and grow go?
Gosh, this opened my eyes so much.
I didn’t want a different life!
I just wanted more freedom and joy inside the one I already had.

Funny, but I wasn't even looking for this.
I was looking to improve my health.
What I found was better than I even imagined!
I had run myself ragged. I was ill, exhausted and feeling deflated. Years of hustle, busy family and being relentlessly known for adding too much on my plate had left me feeling like I needed a fresh start.
A friend introduced me to a wellness company whose products had been changing lives. I was very intrigued. I didn't have space in my budget at the time, so I did't give in right away. But I watched her health change. Drastically! Then her freedom expanded to be able to drop the corporate life, bring her husband home from the oilfields and that's when I stopped to ask...
Wait,.. What?!
After poking her further she shared that she had become an Independent Distributor for these products and shared with me more about what that journey looked like. She didn't hold any product other than her own. She didn't push sales in anyway. She really just acted as a consultant sharing the details with others along making referrals to products she used and loved.
I knew that I wanted to try out these products anyway, and this gave me the flexibility in my budget knowing that the product itself would pay for itself and beyond simply by sharing my journey with the opportunity.

I've Built Other Business Before
I had essentially created
another full time job for myself!
They did well, in that demand for my products was high.
But more demand meant more physical work for me!
That wasn't really my goal. I wanted something that could succeed, but not cause me to exhaust myself. What benefit was there in being the production line, the technician, the service provider, manager and CEO? That's just too many roles for one person, let alone we talk about the start up costs.
I wanted freedom! With my time, my ideas, and I wanted something that could follow me throughout my life. Instead of the heaps of inventory and materials piling in every room of my house.
That past experience has given me great contrast in knowing just how this opportunity supports me now. In just a few hours each day, often now from my phone, doing something I actually enjoy, I have been able to build the freedom business I had always been dreaming of. When I choose, where I choose, and how I choose.
